Our agency helps our clients revive and renew their brands by creating a digital “renaissance” for their businesses. about the internship:

Here at RMG, we are all about growth. Growth within our team, growth within our client’s businesses, growth within our business, and growth within those who want to kickstart their careers in social media marketing…also known as YOU. We take pride in our internship program and strive to make it better each season. We currently are accepting interns every quarter. When you become an intern at RMG, you are paired with an Account Manager and a Social Media Strategist who will be both your mentors and teachers throughout your internship. In addition to working with your team, you have the ability to shadow and have access to other team members at Renaissance such as graphic designers, videographers, and business managers.

Our biggest goal for our interns when they come onboard? To LEARN. We have previously hired past interns that later became full-time team members at Renaissance. We believe in hiring from within and are always looking for motivated, passionate, creative, and eager-to-learn interns to join the Renaissance family.

What Makes Our Internships Unique

You might wonder, what makes the internship program so unique at RMG? We would say…a LOT. We offer hands-on experience in the social media business through having our interns partake in content shoots, manage social media accounts, create graphics, create Reels and TikTok videos, attend client meetings, put together social media strategies, and help our account managers manage our awesome client accounts.

Internship Requirements at Renaissance Marketing Group:

At Renaissance Marketing Group, we are looking for driven, creative, and enthusiastic interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of social media marketing. This is an unpaid internship opportunity; however, interns receive school credit, valuable work experience, portfolio development, and performance-based references.

To ensure a successful and valuable internship experience, we ask that our interns:

Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of their work.
Be present in our Nashville office at least three days a week for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Arrive on time and adhere to an office casual dress code.
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to collaborate with our team.
Take initiative and be resourceful—we encourage interns to explore solutions independently before seeking guidance.
Maintain a positive and growth-oriented attitude every day.
Show a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve as they gain experience in the industry.
