Job title: Photographer (Atlanta, GA)

Summary:

We are looking for a multi- talented Photographer in Atlanta, Georgia to create photographic content for the brands and businesses we service. You will work closely with our creative team to create original and engaging photos for social channels, websites, campaigns and more. This role requires craft and technical expertise along with passion and creativity to concept, create and deliver photos that brings our unique brands to life. 

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, a self-starter with a can-do attitude, is big on teamwork, excited about small business and—most importantly—has a good sense of humor!


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, develop and execute photo assets for clients in the following industry: Interior Design, Construction, Retail, and Food/Beverage/Hospitality

  • Able to shoot photos for people: both headshots and lifestyle

  • Support still creative development from pre-production including planning, storyboarding, sets, prop design and studio set up and shooting

  • Responsible for still post-production including drive organization & archiving, retouching and retouching notes, asset organization and final still asset delivery

  • Regularly review social channels, websites and retailers of brands as well as competitor brands to stay up-to-date on the aesthetics we aim for

  • Must have proven camera and lighting expertise for shooting studio photography for products and people of in both studio and on location

  • Strong understanding of the internet and a passionate user of digital technologies who is curious about the evolution of photography and video content

  • All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years-experience producing & creating stills and video for social media/websites.

  • A portfolio of commercial work that demonstrating exceptional still and video work for client-oriented projects

  • Solid communication skills, including the ability to present and sell your work

  • Able to work seamlessly & flexibly with social media team, creative lead, project managers, marketing managers and other cross-functional team members

  • Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight and demanding deadlines

  • Highly skilled in studio lighting for stills and photo retouching

  • After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus

  • Experience in digital marketing/advertising also a plus

Renaissance Marketing Group is seeking an Influencer Relations Intern to assist our Influencer Relations team.

The Influencer Relations Intern is a highly motivated individual with a passion for Social Media, deep love of the fashion and beauty industry, and some knowledge of the influencer landscape. This role will serve as a “gatekeeper” for all influencer partnerships nationally, acting as a brand steward in evaluating and strategically selecting influencer partners to tell our client's stories on social media channels as well as executing large and small-scale macro and micro-influencer programs. This person will work directly under our influencer relations managers to create effective influencer collaboration campaigns and developing systems for reporting on primary KPIs and metrics to evaluate success (conversion, engagement etc.). This person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with bloggers, influencers, stylists, tastemakers, “it girls”, and their agents and teams when relevant.

Essential Job Functions

· Develop, implement, and manage successful, brand-right national Influencer strategies that amplify our client's brand and marketing messages across new, relevant audiences, and leverages the credibility and unique POV of the Influencer to tell our client's brand story (includes paid editorial, gifting, collaborative content development and general digital communications efforts, owning budget globally)

· Manage the execution of a high volume of influencer activations throughout the internship and head up initial contact and follow-up with influencers in our internal database.

· Assist the Influencers Relations team on managing contract negotiations with talent agents ensuring clear scope of work and alignment on timeline and deliverables.

· Attend meetings with clients to deliver updates and feedback on Influencer outreach and campaign results

· Maintain and update our influencer database with accurate and up-to-date information on a reoccurring basis.

· Proactively reach out to key influencers for placement and coverage, in line with our client's PR initiatives and social-specific activations, negotiating contracts and following up to ensure scope is met for client.

· Attending Influencer-related meetings and photoshoots

· Organizing influencer lists and database and keeping track of all influencer communications

· This role will also include some light social media management work for certain clients.


Qualifications

· Experience and knowledge in social media marketing

· Strong organization skills and attention to detail

· A creative problem solver: must be able to distill goals and objectives and align strategies and tactics to meet them

· Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills (written & verbal)
